The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year plan for the upcoming school year and the two years that follow. An Annual Update is required for the LCAP, with a review of progress made for each stated goal in the current school year. The update assesses the effectiveness of actions and services provided, and describes the proposed strategic changes and priorities for the next three years of the plan. Each school site forms a team of Teachers, Classified Staff, and Parents to review the progress and goals.
