COVID-19 Prevention Program (CPP)
California employers are required to establish and implement an effective written COVID-19 Prevention Program (CPP) pursuant to an Emergency Temporary Standard in place for COVID-19 (California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 8, section 3205(c)). Cal/OSHA has developed this model program to assist employers with creating their own unique CPP tailored to their workplace.
2020 -2021 COVID-19 Prevention Plan
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-56-20, modifying timelines for the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and establishing a new requirement, the COVID-19 Operations Written Report. This report is a communication tool for districts to explain to their communities the impacts of school closures on students and families and the program changes they have made in response to school closures.
