CHILDREN and SCREEN TIME
-
Computers have become an undeniable necessity in our modern world and our children are learning to navigate technological tools at younger and younger ages. While this can be a great advantage to our students, too much screen time can also get in the way of important social-skill building and can be a forum for bullying as well.
The counselors in the Old Adobe Unified School District are committed to helping your children find the perfect balance between using technology to enchance their education, and not letting it replace important social skills. Here you will find links to articles and on the PARENT QUESTION page, we are happy to address any concerns you may be having with regards to what is appropriate screen time.
