Visit the OAUSD Technology Helpdesk to submit a ticket to request tech help.  When submitting a ticket, please include as much information as possible. A representative from the Technology department will respond and assist in resolving the issue. You can also check the status of your ticket by logging into the OAUSD Technology Helpdesk.
