Her teaching career spanned several grades, including 1st grade, 4th grade, and a 4th/5th grade combination class. Additionally, she served as a teacher leader, engaging with students from TK-6. Throughout her tenure, Mrs. Monday was actively involved in various aspects of the school, including roles such as student council advisor, lead teacher, curriculum development committee member, and MTSS Lead.

Mrs. Monday furthered her education with a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and an Administration Credential from Concordia University Irvine. Since 2019, she has served as an Elementary School Principal, with a deep commitment to providing high levels of support for staff and families, ensuring that students are well-supported in their educational journeys.

On a personal note, Mrs. Monday and her husband live in Santa Rosa, where Indy was born and raised. They welcomed their first child, in December of 2022 and are raising him in her childhood home where her grandparents raised her when she was a little girl. They also have two French bulldogs, Leo and Leni. As a family, they love to go hiking, work in their garden, barbecue, play at new playgrounds and parks, and watch Toy Story.
